MCP is the voice for racing in Pennsylvania. We travel annually to the State Capitol in Harrisburg to visit with legislators and policymakers. These meetings highlight the benefits of racing across our state.

GOVERNMENT RELATIONSHIPS

MCP and its members establish relationships with Federal, State, and Local officials in communities across the state. Relationships are important especially with the many current challenges, from COVID 19 to excessive regulation.
LEGISLATIVE POLICY

The Motorsports Council advocates for public policies to advance the motorsports industry in Pennsylvania. This includes providing legislative support for the state’s many racetracks and businesses. MCP conducts economic research in support of these legislative priorities.

INDUSTRY SUPPORT

MCP provides valuable research and public policy information to industry leaders. We request input from industry officials on our legislative agenda at the state and local level. For racing to be sustainable our industry must be profitable.
